This letter is regarding my exceptional transaction with Keller-Williams realtor, Kathleen Costanzo.
I came to Florida for the month of August 2015, with a strict timeline to find a home in Fort Lauderdale. If that did not work out I would continue my search to Boca Raton, and if that did not work out, on to Jupiter.
In the first twenty days of my quest, Iwas shown over fifty possible homes in Fort Lauderdale, by four different realtors that were assisting in this task.
My instructions to the realtors was to find properties, using my specific check list and within my budget. In addition to these requirements I was accompanied by three of my closest friends to view and critique the properties. This could have been a realtors worst nightmare.
I also had on my agenda that after my home was secured that a second home for my friend, also from New Jersey, be found following her specific check list and not to be more than a five minute drive from my location.
The ordeal and demands proved to be too difficult for all of the realtors involved, except for Kathleen Costanzo. We arrived in Fort Lauderdale two days earlier than expected and wanted to start looking immediately, Kathleen was the only realtor that was able to set up a list of properties for that day. The others needed an extra day to accommodate us and one even stated that he did not work on Sundays. Kathleen worked almost everyday from 8 AM to 7 PM, without ever giving us the impression that it was too much of an effort for her.
She showed us condo after condo until Ifound the perfect home, and then proceeded to find the perfect home for my friend, as well. Both homes exceeded our wish list and stayed within our budgets.
I am taking this time to write these accolades to Kathleen Costanzo and let you know what an asset she is, not only to Keller-Williams, but to her profession as well. She worked tirelessly on our quest and her efforts were a huge success.
Not only did she find our homes but gave us information about the area, points of interest, how to navigate easily, find restaurants, etc. She made the whole transition easy for us.
Kudos to Kathleen and to Keller-Williams for having the most cooperative and professional realtor in the Fort Lauderdale area. Without her guidance, patience, professionalism and insight, I would have ended up in Boca Raton or Jupiter and not have found the beautiful home that I am enjoying so much.
Should you wish to discuss this further, feel free to call me.
Sincerely,
Anthony J. Curreri
